May be paid in full at time of Registration (Cash, Cheque, Visa or MasterCard) or paid in three ($100 minimum) installments.
Installments are 3 post-dated cheques for 1/3 of the fee, dated Sept. 3rd., Oct. 15th. and Dec 1st., 2009.

Deposit Cheque - $150/player - Post-dated April 30, 2010. Cheque will NOT be cashed if the player's jerseys, goalie and other equipment has been returned and have participated in the designated fundraiser for the season. |
Team Funds may be collected by the Team Manager to cover Tournaments, Team Social Events, etc. |
